I drove to Salt Lake City in the newly donated RoadMaster Estate Wagon, 94 Buick, over a period of 3 days and nights, with many holy encounters, angels taking care of me all the way. All Glory to GOD.

Another new adventure with Holy Spirit unfolds. A retreat center about a 2 hour drive from SLC, UT, is now available. It is the new Living Miracles Monastery. In SLC, there begins to unfold the Living Miracles Center. I am moving to SLC to assist and become immersed, learning more of Forgiveness and Extending Love by Listening and Following Holy Spirit Guidance in the Present Moment, being Spiritually supported by Mighty Companions there and all over the "Globe'. Holy Spirit House closes officially on June 30, 2009, as I was led to take only a 1 year rental agreement. Now I move on. All Glory to God.

Well Beloved ONE, much water under the bridge since this site inaugurated.
Many miracles, holy encounters, tons and tons of Forgiveness lessons, hot tears of Joy and Gratitude to Holy Spirit for the many gifts and Mighty Companions. I am surrounded by the LOVE of GOD! ! ! !
Paul Galati, of the Mac Apple Users group here in Cincinnati, responded to my request to send me the download instructions for this web site so I could once again access it and UPDATE it. "Come before the Lord, Always, with Thanksgiving and Praise." So it is written, so I let it be done unto me according to God's Word. Amen and Alleluia.
The workers from the Insurance Co have been here for a few days, stripping off the rest of the old siding on Holy Spirit House and putting up the new siding, this time, with 3 inch nails instead ot the tiny ones that were previously holding the siding on before the strong winds ripped the old stuff off, and being without electricity for @ 4 days. Many of the neighbors were out and about at that time, meeting and greeting one another. Great JOYnings because of what I felt was the Breath of Holy Spirit. Thank You Jesus, Amen and Alleluia ! ! !

I have it and it is available if so desired. I sent an email to the party concerned, with a request to RSVP.
NEW HOLY SPIRIT HOUSE progressing well. We experienced a bit of wind damage to rear and right rear of kitchen. Owner is taking care of it with Insurance co and provider. While the wind was blowing and ripping off the siding, some of us were down the street observing the event. It appeared like a giant white being with great white wings flapping in the air. Awsome!

I have some news to share. I had felt that some sort of move was about to happen for me, since before Christmas2007.
We all listened to Holy Spirit the best we could.
Jason and Kirsten are in Argentina til @ mid July and David and Jenny are in Europe til @ July 10 or so.
I had been searching the neighborhood here close to the Peace House and on the internet. Well, yesterday, Lisa and Kerri, who are here with me, felt it was about to happen, just half block away, after they paid an impromptu visit and peered thru the windows. So, I made the phone calls again and left 3 messages on 3 different phones for that house last nite, which had for sale signs and rent to own. One called back this am and said to phone Bill, One of the owners. I did and he returned the call promptly. We arranged to meet at noon. All 3 of us walked the half block. Bill showed up shortly after we arrived. We chatted, went in looked around. We talked a little more. Lisa & Kerri felt a great delight. We all agreed on terms and Bill said he'd meet us back there at 3 pm. I
got a check and walked back with Lisa and Kerri, a few minutes before 3 and Bill showed up with lease papers. We all read and I signed, made out the check and now there is a Periphery house, Holy Spirit's House. When we receive requests from others ONE, to visit and participate in Peace House/ Messengers of Peace activities, there is more room. I will live there and welcome Whom ever Holy Spirit Guides to visit, stay a while. or longer. There's 2 more large bedrooms upstairs. My bedroom is the first room in the house that would have been a living room. The next room will be the Sanctuary/Library etc. Then there is the kitchen, sufficiently large for dining and also a full bath room with a tub/shower and stackable washer/dryer. Microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven in kitchen with lots of cabinets. It looks great, all neat, clean, back door and front door, lots of windows, etc. Bill is most hospitable.
He dropped the $2000 deposit to $750, same as 1 month rent, and said to let him know what else he can do. This is a new adventure under Holy Spirit"s Guidance. Jason had asked me to focus on this from the time they left, so I could move in to a place close by here on July 1, 2008, Well the bill has been paid, combination to the lock box w keys, since Bill wants to come and do some minor stuff, some fine tuning, cut the grass, etc.. We will begin moving things in now and more when Lisa returns from a brief trip to PA with son Pauli. Bing, bam boom. Holy Spirit was fast. Again, abundant gratitude for All the Mighty Companions and generosity.

The next day Bill paid the water bill so Greater Cincinnati Water Works can turn on water. Today, Wed. 6.18.08, Duke Electric turned on Electricity. Gas had to wait til Hot Water heater, which runs on gas, is given some fine tuning. Bill cut the grass, and put "mud" on walls in upstairs rooms to be ready for paint touch up. Water gets tuned on, Fri. 6.20.08. GCWW will call so I may walk over and monitor water faucets.

Went down the half block to 737 cuz water was being turned on. Well, there are a few leaks in the basement. I called the owner Bill. He is getting the plumber to come and repair the leaks. Lisa, Kerri and I went to WalMart and purchased curtains, rods, etc. Upon our return we all teamed up and now curtains are on all downstairs windows. I had gone to mail out 4 Movie Watcher Guides that were requested from eBay site. Then I stopped in at $ Tree and bought cleaning supplies, bucket, mop, etc.
We came back to PH. Kerri took care of business while Lisa & I prepared supper, which we shared on the patio. Mighty Companions!!! Praise GOD from Whom All Blessings Flow.
Tomorrow, Sat. 6.21.08, Lisa & Kerri go with movers to bring back stuff in storage for 737.

Well, Lisa rented a moving service, went down to KY storage unit and had all stuff brought to Holy Spirit House at 737 Mellwood. We spent the last few days sorting, arranging, organizing the stuff. I'll be most happy to share pix as soon as we take some. I put the kitchen table legs on and Bill, the owner, helped me turn it over, since I had it upside down to place the legs, and he tightened the nuts & bolts for me. I would rest and read the original course book that came with the stuff. Then I'd work on the next project/backdrop. I put the 4 poster bed together so it was ready when Lisa and Pauly helped me get a queen mattress at St Vincent de Paul thrift store for $80. Then yesterday Lisa went with me to Ralphs new & used mattress and got the Box spring mattress for $80. They
delivered it for me in half and hour and placed it in the frame and placed the top mattress for me. Then Lisa and I and Paul went shopping for the sheets, mattress cover, etc and Later on in the evening Lisa came over and helped me install the cover, sheets and pillows with cases, while Paul cut the grass. Thanks be to God, Holy Spirit and Christ for all the Mighty Companions and my willingness and Trust.[Image:_1_Accept_His_Plan.jpg]
Bill has been most helpful and continues to be a loving presence.

Official move in day at new periphery

altho we've been there every day since signing lease, bringing this and that. Water heater to be turned on today, and I'll be bringing a few last things: tooth brush, toothpaste, charger and trimmer for beard, empty jars, bottles, etc.

It is Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2008 and the Holy Spirit House is beginning to have some of the final touches. Bill Keuper has been a tremendous help, continuing to update and be a formidable presence. Today he began installing the solar screens on the outside of the windows so the sun's heat is lessened. Thank you bill. Magnificent landlord!
We had 2 guests last nite, one from Australia, and one from New Zealand. I chauffered another one at midnight from Ireland. Today they all went down to the retereat center in KY to begin preparations for this coming weekend retreat with many others arriving from around the planet.
